Medsafe took my Erase,Androlean,T2

Recommended Posts

I friend in the states had good success with some otc supplemts he has tried. So I asked him to send some to me to try out. Medsafe now has sent be a letter saying they are prescription meds and need to goto doctor for prescription.

Do I take letter to a doctor and ask him for prescription for them? Or Do I argue they are not prescription cant find any info on medsafe site about them.

Or should I just forget it and let them keep my stuff. I have had no probs getting erase before.

Products in question are Androlean Alpha T2 Erase

Are the really prescription meds?, Or is the medsafe guy being a tightass?

Have a look on the medsafe website and see if the products are classified as prescription meds or not.

If they are prescription meds and you go to your doctor and get a prescription for them, there is still a very high chance that medsafe will not release them.

They will ring your doctor and request explanation as to the grounds of which the medicines were prescribed.

If the products are as yet unclassified in New Zealand, Medsafe (for safety) will treat them as prescription medicines. A prescription from your doctor will satisfy their needs and they will release them to you.

Lol mate on the ingredients list on "ANDRO lean" is the following warning

Warning - Contains Steroids: Using this product may result in a positive test for steroids in organizations testing for performance enhancing compounds. This includes, but is not limited to, NCAA, WADA, and various government agencies. This does NOT include typical pre-employment drug screening.

It contains DHEA which is prescription only

Erase also contains DHEA and ALPHA-T2 contains some kind of yohimbine extract which is a prescription only medication.

Next time do some research as to what you're buying before you go ahead and fork out your money for prescription only medications over the net. At least you can learn from this. You could try get a prescription from a doctor but good luck as doctors can be very reluctant in in things that have caught the attention of medsafe.

They would have seen the DHEA, yohimbine and steroids warning label and confiscated it. The testing they do is apparently just a field test for recreational drugs like amphetamines and other narcotics. So if you repackaged it in BCAA bottles you would most likely get it through, The onlything is if you get snapped again you have delibrately tried to conceal the fact that they are prescription meds and will get in a lot more shit probably just a fine of some sort though.
