180..! I'll be happy when im 1RM'ing 3 x plates, did 130 last night but got greedy and tried 140 (failed) should've tried for 135kg. another 4-6 weeks for 140 I hope. cant remember the last time I did 1RM's tho, will have to make it more regular.

Consistently doing 1RM's is not a very good way to improve your bench, i tried this in the past and i belive it gave me the injuries i still carry with me now.

Agreed, I wouldnt do it any more frequent than once a month. When I say more regular, i mean i havent done it for well over a year.

It might be something we look at down the track - and maybe with other styles, like dry-fit fabric, tank tops, singlets, etc? Depends on the level of interest, I guess... The only problem is printers aren't usually keen on setting up the machines for just a few shirts, but if the interest was there, I'm sure something could be worked out.

just checked the mail and my shirt has arrived !

looks good, sponsers on the back i see ! cool.. all good .. its good quallity too 100% cotton. fits well (lucky i got an XL).. some room to grow but not too much .. not too baggy.. when i pull a MM you can see shoulders/traps chest fill out the shirt lol awesome. im gonna wear it to the gym every day till it falls apart :grin:

Can I just say how much I appreciated you guys all ordering Small? They were so much easier to fit into the postbag. But as for the guy who ordered a 3XL... :evil:
