for my last meal i mix 1 tub cc with a can of tuna in a bowl then put half in the cc tub for the next night. thats 35g protein. from there u can add anything. i sometimes add in a bit of tomato relish but i enjoy it as it is. sometimes ill have it during the day and just add some kumura or potato

I like the idea of the cottage cheese, but the last time I ate it I was not impressed. So Any other ideas that could convert me into trying it again. I was also got the impression that you should not mix Protein powder and casein protein together or did I just read that wrong last night??? I found the information at http://www.bodybuilding.com

CC, blueberries, sprinkle of oats, cinnamon and some splendor

WAAAMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

this is what I do too, sometimes if I don't have oats I use some of the light canned peaches (the watties ones with no added sugar)

or sometimes the garlic and chives cc by itself

I've been known to beat up some egg whites w/splendor or some choc protein pwdr - not too bad if you're sick of cc, pretend it's mousse.
