I'm eating low/zero carb and have been for a couple of months now (and its working really well - just wondering if I should change anything)

I currently do the following daily:

10-15min walk for warmup low/moderate speed

30-40min stationary bike, mid resistance, 100rpm or so, generally try and do 20km in less than 45mins

Most days throw in 10-20mins heavy bag after weights

For fat loss without major muscle loss am I better to do HIIT? ie throw in some sprints and shit, or continue with low intensity

from that statement i would assume weights are part of his program...
