Cardio on gear

I know doing Cardio isn't the best thing while trying to bulk.. But I was wondering is there a good amount of cardio to be doing whilst on AAS? I heard that people who want to remain "fit" need to be doing 30-40 minutes of cardio 3 times a week to get there body used to the increase in muscle weight that your frame is now carrying.

Any tips?
