How to improve weaknesses ?

After some time in thailand in a kickboxing camp I noticed when I was back home preparing for a body building comp I had a raised left shoulder and a over developed right lat from my fighters stance. My question is when you begin to see abnormalities or over/under left/right side developed sections of muscles when you are training and building a program what are the best tried and tested measures for the desired muscle symmetry.

do you add more reps into the under developed side ? heavier weight ? work out a 2nd session in the week dedicated to one side ? one session just on that side ? attempt strong mind muscle control of that side ?

thanks for your help :)

Work on getting those shoulder blades together and flat too man, it may not be a strength thing, just natural posture something you gotta consciously watch. I'm forever fighting it too. Getting that posture right when you hit the weights makes a hell of a difference for development.
