Hi, I have joined my local gym and working towards turning my body into a toned, low fat physique. I really like Linda Hamilton's body in Terminator 2 and respect and admire female bodybuilders - to reach their bodyfat levels must take a lot of hard work, dedication and if they are mothers really organised!!

Im keeping a diary of my training, and will need a little bit of help. Im ok with some knowledge but may ask some dumb questions. I don't necessarily have a need to compete, bit shy and the thought of being in a bikini on stage terrorfies me. But I do want to go through the training of a competitive bodybuilder.

I have trained in the past with ok results.
