yeah u might do that for 3 or 4 months then change it... but its a good way to put max effort into your deads... thats just an idea i roll with coz i really love doing max effort deadlifts.... good times!

Changing my split to something like this soon, tossing up whether to do back and tri/chest and bis or chest tris etc

Bro I've just started doing chest/bi and back/tri- I found I'm able to give 100% to each muscle group since they're fresh, compared to if you trained chest/tri and back/bi
