quick update

been on the 3x tablets pre-bed, moving to 4x pre bed now to see if it has a better effect

no real noticable effects as yet. im not expecting much tho for only $26.

i dont think ZMA will do anything for your test levels unless you have zinc deficiency

this is supplement reveiws not preveiws.... now i know its all exciting stuff and u cant wait to tell everyone what you taking and all but its really alot easier to read if you finish it then write the reveiw instead of a preveiw of what you think its gonna be like even tho u have absolutly no idea lol just sayn bro.
