Cutting help? Please!

Hi All,

I really just wanted a quick answer to do with cutting. I want to cut back as much as I can in 1 month... but there is so many different views on diets. I am keen to maybe look at the keto diet (thoughts?).

Was wondering if anyone had any good links to good step by step keto diets I could go by? NZ guides would be even better!

I have seen a couple on here but again people seem to be throwing in different opinions of if it is good or not.

Anything you can throw at me would be really appreciated.
