Marketing strategy ... Although he is correct.

I have been trialing Horleys Beta-Xtreme. Off one serve its got only 1.6g of Beta-A in it. But if you take it as directed - post loading phase - you should be taking 2 serves per day for 18 days in maintinance. (3.2g) -

There may be some other brands that are underdosed but the Horleys product gets a tick in this case from Rich.

Recommended dosages of up to 6.4g are reported to be beneficial. With some studies being conducted at 4-5g with comparible results to 6.4g. So economically probably a better protocal to follow.

The Horleys product however recommends only a single serve for persons under 75kg - no sure why ? Seems a bit odd to underdose a perfectly sound product??

marketing hype

'more is better'

is there actual science behind it tho?

all the supp companys market that... 'more is best'

bigger,longer,stronger!! more

just like protein is over hyped that you need heaps of it every day. and the scoops that come with ur PP are big and oversize.

their a business like anything else and in it to MAKE MONEY!

Like opti said he's spot on, you need to saturate your muscles with bala9 like creatine. Not much of a measurable effect other wise. You cant really tell what the fk is working with a pre workout supp, you need to experiment with just beta alanine.

I got Beta K which is kre alk + b ala9, which it was mono but its convenient.

Great marketing plan by gaspari, letting the cat outta the bag on the effective serving size. As there is research to back that up.

What he didn't mention is that beta alanine is a double edged dagger, you get more endurance, reps, power and less lactate build up. But that lactate build up is a key signaler for adaption/growth. Wonder why he didn't mention that in his add.

I've used anavite before, and its great! But you can start ripping through that stuff quick if you want that beta alanine. Best to dissociate your BALA9 with any of your other supps and cycle it in and out.

Creatine>beta alanine for growth

Creatine+beta alanine for performance

Don't bother with beta alanine if you got the calories behind ya

my 2c

Gotta rep Gaspari, one of the more reputable BIG supplement companies. Some one needs to tell Rich to do the same with his DAA supplement hehe
