Hi All,

Thought it was time to de-lurk myself and start posting on here, been on here for a while now just reading through everyones posts and seeing whats going on. Some really great hard working people out there really getting there results!

Started working out about 8 months ago after spending 20 years doing no sports and sitting on my backside all day, weighed myself one day to find I weighed 98kg, didnt want to get into the 3 digit mark so joined a gym and started to work out. Started to get my bodyfat down and 3 months ago decided that instead of just doing cardio for 30+ minutes a day and a full body workout 2-3 times a week wanted to get some serious muscle. Now weigh 102kg at about 5'10/11 and trying to get my bodyfat down around 10%..... Current estimate around low 20% mark but havent had chance to get acurate figures.
