My pick is it was the Mibolerone not the ammonia that got it up but yes amazing stuff & I love the way he almost runs up to the bar & just rips it off the floor in one movement. Pure Strength. Oh well back to my 220 Deads. :pfft:

amazing lift and with ease is it legal to roll the bar toward you before lifting in NZ if so I might give it a nudge??

I agree the guy weighs 170kg and holds it fairly well in my books I wouldn't call him fat / solid maybe a better word...... and yes you can roll as far as I now... I was thinking the same thing lol
