righto....

what other supps, other than the obvious creatine,PP,dextrose etc etc. multi vits and fish oil, are benifical to use?

testorone boosters?

bcaa's?

intra-wo drinks like xtend?

anyone had much experience with those... and do they do anything? or just another product to go on the gimmick pile?

meant to say other than pre-wo's too

when do you take your bcaa's? i dont know if their necassary? they just add extra aminos into your daily diet. my thoughts would be better to get them from food. unless you have them intra-wo or pwo?

If your in calorie excess, your not going too need to worry about supps to much cuz :D Thats the beauty of it! Eat like an animal and your workouts gonna be awesome. Supps are most useful when in cal deficit. If you think about it. Supps are mainly food extracts, if your eating heaps of food, expect to get most of these substances in your diet. When you cut and not eating a lot or a broad range of foods, you wont be getting certain substance. L Carn and Creatine for instance, heaps of that in red meat. If you went on the chicken and broccolli diet, you'd have less and those might good to supp with. Thats the way I like to think of it. Helps me lighten the load when queuing up a ton of bullshit supps from bb.com lol.

Pre workouts are fun but I wouldn't bother, you'll be pumped from all them cals. At this point a coffee or V redbull would do.

Xtend is helpful, i use this religiously now, especially when not bulking!

More of a anti catabolic thing for me.

I've tried test boosters, had some effect the first time (novedex xt/halodrol), nothing after that though. Try some DAA, nettle root and garlic, best natural combo ive found for cheap.
