First decent mass stack with HGH

During one of my courses I was fascinate by a study done on Olympic athletes. They were asked to run a race in their minds and monitored the neural responses and discovered that exactly the same muscle fibres fire when they were just thinking about the race in their minds as if they were actually running the race for real.

From this many things about the power of the mind were concluded. One thing relevant to our training is that if you know what you are going to train before you get there, you body will prepare itself for this so as less damage will occur to the muscle fibres when it is done for real!

SCREW THAT lol. The key is to trick the body and to achieve the most micro tears to the muscle fibres so they are forced to adapt and become stronger in response to this stimulation.

Sounds good but the conclusion reached from that study isn't related at all.

Did the study measure micro tearing?

Would have thought visualization was the key to success and not the anti-Christ :-)

Can we conclude from that that Arnie could have been better than he was if he hadn't visualized?

Sifo im very interested in following your log. 10 weeks of insulin at that dose sounds very risky to me; im sure you are already aware of the risks related to insulin resistance? are you having a physician over see everything during this period, or at the least, personally monitoring your blood glucose?

Zero load, zero micro-tears. Visualisation is the key. Meditate on being huge and ript then bring it into reality.

Visualise yourself doing an exercise and your body will fire muscles in the same order as it would if it was doing the exercise for real.

Know what you are going to train and what exercises you will be doing the next day and your body will subconsciously prepare itself for protection against the damage you are going to do.

You will achieve more micro tears in your muscles if your body is not prepared for the workout you will be going to do.

So being prepared will certainly make you perform an exercise better but will it make you grow more?

I wont argue either side is better but I do know I cause more damage by not being prepared. I just like the pain lol

Yes it is very risky mate. 4 days per week, once per day.

Health is always first and my doctor is aware and with me all the way. I also have a blood glucose meter and monitor myself more than I need to.

I will always take my enhancement to extremes but always have a very good plan for getting out quick if I have to. Other phases of the year I will hardly take any chemical enhancements at all for months.

That's cool was hoping it was something like that else I'd be out "investing" in HGH tomorrow LOL

How 'clear' is your head before bedtime after coming off the 10iu insulin spike early evening. Do you feel a little cloudy or spaced out or do you rebound back to normal sugar levels quite quickly

10iu of Humalog doesn't give me any side effects. I can take that amount any time of the day without altering my daily nutrition and do not have to eat any extra carbs. I feel nothing from it other than increased pump if I take it pre training and full veins.

If I take 15iu...now that is a different story and that really does give me side effects and drowsy and tired sometime afterwards. It can really wipe me out.

I use to think you had to feel these symptoms or you were not taking enough. This is not true. It is just as effective and much safer at a dose that does not breach you threshold and make you hypo.

Interesting mate im pretty similar. I regularly take 12 ius but if i go to 15ius then start to notice things that put me out of my comfort zone. Mine you i'm alot heavier than you (124kg) so at your weight a 10iu tolerance is pretty good. Only thing is make sure you cycle your fast acting slin - 4 weeks on 4 weeks off works best for me

Hey Sifo, looks like you're very dedicated to your training and bodybuilding, and I respect that and wish you all the best. I will have to disagree with this though

Anything that can improve your performance in the gym is also going to get you closer to your goals whether you want to get stronger or bigger. If you can perform an exercise using heavier weights your muscles will grow bigger, no doubt about it. To continuously try to confuse the body all you're doing is spining your wheels, you have no direction, your body doesnt even get a chance to adapt to get stronger and bigger.

I dont want to get into a long discussion about this as it would probably go on for ever and thats not realy the purpose of this thread but there's more to building muscle than trying to constantly confuse and defeat the muscles into submission. Just think about it mate, all the best and good luck with your comps

In my opinion - I am still in the testing phase and have no real conclusion yet lol. I have done years of being anal like you can't believe...and now I am in the chaotic phase of rebellion lol

It's funny how the older you get the more normal that sounds :pfft: (really) - I do almost the same thing - body part is planned but exercises and number of sets lately is based on instinct ... and may be a bit of comfort. :)

For me the exercise prescription isn't as much as important as ensuring that you reach absolute failure pushing the heaviest weight you can manage within the rep and strict form required, on the very last set of each xercise.

You better not be implying I'm OLD :pfft:

It always gets controversial when you mention any topic that is not main stream.

Meditation, visualisation, positive affirmations, self hypnosis and many of the minds powerful tools get labeled as "hippyish" lol.

This hippy has kicked a lot of serious butt in my bodybuilding career. Competitive bodybuilding uses the mind to overcome the limitations of the body in all aspects of the sport.

Some of the most Conservative "meatheads" I know use many of the new age mind tricks and hippy techniques...and they don't even know they do it.

Everything is going as smooth as a gravy sandwich :) .

My weight this morning is 108.2kg.

Today I have chosen to add 50mg/day of proviron for some additional estrogen management over and above the 50mg/day of Masteron.

Should tie everything in nicely and reduce any unnecessary fluid building up.

I think it might be time to punish the legs today, :nod:

Everything is going perfectly to plan. Health is well within normal range and weight was 109.4kg yesterday morning with no increase to bodyfat.

Appetite is great and strength are through the roof.

The addition of the proviron into the stack smoothed everything out and dropped a bit of excess fluid. No bloat and no flu like symptoms.

This is the longest I have been able to maintain over 2g of test and remain healthy with solid continuous gains. It is also the heaviest I have been at well under 15% bodyfat.

9iu of HGH in the biceps after training has increased the size of my arms. I have also noticed numbness in my hands.

I see no reason to change anything. As long as I continue to get stronger and grow, I will keep doing what I am doing :D

It gets a bit confusing but it is 13kg in approx 7 weeks. The stack started 4 weeks before the HGH was added and I started this thread.

I have clarified the timing a couple of times but its not possible to read through every post and it does look like 13kg in 18 days

Everything has been going perfectly as planned. Insulin 4 times a week after training with the HGH has had no negative effects to my health and I plan to keep running the course as it is unchanged until the growth stops.

Added a new Training aid that has boosted the training intensity very high.

I have stopped injecting the HGH into biceps as my hands swelled a bit and it effected grip strength. Also had numbness at night in hands.

Strength and weight continues to increase every week way beyond anything I have achieved in the past.

Weight 110.5kg last Sunday April 24th.

Bodyfat 13%

I had the pleasure of training with Musclenz and Oldfella last Saturday. The experience and strength of those two guys must be seen to be believed! Musclenz trains like a freak and Oldfella just doesn't stop. I was humbled and learnt a couple of new tricks.

This weeks goal is to some good clean reps on 600+kg leg press and 90kg skull crushers...failed on that weight last week as the counter balance nearly flipped me off the back of the bench.
