First decent mass stack with HGH

It is funny you ask that question... I have done that calculation.

If you are just accounting for the gear you use it costs an avaerage of $1500/kg of pure permanent solid mass on stage.

If you add HGH to the mix the average cost comes down to Approx $1000/kg

If you account for EVERYTHING used in the sport of competitive bodybuilding including protein and OTC supplements then cost is around 3000/kg.

That is based on gains made in on stage weight when compared to the same condition and body fat.

With those kind of numbers SD I have figured out your true identity.........

Without the head its still pretty darn obvious :pfft:

You only have to ask Jimjim, no secret who I am been around to long to hide in the corner...and yes I know you too  lol.

My anonimity was gone 24hrs after logging in this new username a couple of months ago. I have nothing to hide and am happy to share my information with whoever is bored enough to listen :)

Bill Gates!!!

You may have heard about the legend but you are yet to meet the man. :pfft:

Two questions...

MNZ why do you have so much zinc on your face

and Sifo why are you wearing gloves? Do you think you are Clay of Sons of Anarchy?

Real men wear gloves. Michael Jackson, Prince, Gymrat.

On second thoughts what is up with the gloves?

MNZ has a wooden artificial penis and it gives Sifo wood burn :pfft:

With all the amazing information that has been posted on this thread...

I should bite and justify my choice and reasons to wear gloves, but who really cares

Honestly... 12 competitions in 2 classes. 8 1st placings. An overall NZ title. An international title...maybe you should wear gloves too aye??? :pfft:

As for the cell phone - I can train almost anytime of day because a lot of my work can be done on the phone between sets if I have to. And again, txting during sets has not effected my ability to win titles so why fix something that is not broken

Now back on the subject of Ostarine - Any thoughts or experience with tbhis SARM anyone?

Yep I have competed before all over the country. And yes I use the gear I list although I do not list everything of course.

It pays to be clear on here... I am not a Wanabe (jakd) I have done the hard yards and am not resting on past lorels

Was that with Nabba or IFBB? You need to get a Pro card! Very impressive. Good to see someone who talks the talk and walks the walk.

As I mentioned before, I have learnt a few things from this stack and below is a list of the most noticeable facts as they pertain to me.

This is not meant to be a list of commandments to change literature, just how my body reacted in contradiction to the given norms

#1 - Mixed ester test courses are a waste of time...

The use of Test Cypionate & Test Enanthate 2gether has worked better for me than the use of Test Enanthate on its own.

#2 - Oral Stanz is only good for cutting and no good in a mass phase...

Stanz has worked better all round for me than Dbol. Other than the dbol converting mostly to estrogen and causing some very useful fluid gains...Stanz is stronger on paper and has worked far better for quantifiable lean gains in this phase than dbol.

#3 - If you know what you are doing and have support and testing equipment...10 weeks of taking 10iu of insulin after training had no negative effect on me and normal function has returned.

#4 - 10 weeks of taking over 2000mg of mixed testosterone injectable oils and orals had no accumulative negative effects on my internal organs. My liver, kidneys, heart & thyroid values never went beyond the range that my doctor would deem as being dangerous to my health. My diet was reasonably clean. I took vitamin B and liver support. During two stages of growth my blood pressure took two sharp jumps. If I backed off for a few days and did not try to push through it, my blood pressure would normalise and I could continue growing safely.

#5 - Paying good rates for quality gear and HGH make a huge difference to the gains that I achieved.

#6 - Using Masteron as estrogen management during high dose Testosterone is very useful and no AI was required and no negative estrogenic side effects occurred.

#7 - The recipe that proved perfect in maximising growth went in this order:

Nutrition - High calories was more vital than totally clean calories. I could not eat enough absolutely clean calories. Subway and protein bars were used often.

Training - High intensity basic weight training techniques were more effective than isolation and cable work. Training with greater intensity and less rest periods really maximised the overall effect of the sessions. the pump on this cycle was so intense it was became intrusive and interfered with the range of motion so speed and intensity was vital.

Rest - Plenty of rest, much more sleep & only 4 training days per week made all the difference. I made sure my employment workload was light during this phase including holidays to maximise training and time.

Gear - Good quality gear and HGH had a noticeable impact over cheaper gear and generic bluetop HGH.
