Any other supplements while cutting?

Currently on keto, losing fat well and have been for a while and dont seem to be losing any strength, although worried I may get some muscle loss eventually.

Wondering if there are any supplements I could use to reduce any muscle loss I'll have through the cut (still got 20ish weeks to go before bulking) maybe bcaa's or l glutamine or something?

Currently only using black coffee pre workout and whey post workout and apart from that only food and water.

Any input appreciated :)

Yeah lift heavy, monitor volume. If you start loosing strength then think about the amount of sets your doing and rest periods.

"Stimulate, dont annihilate" makes much more sense when your in a calorie deficit :D

Perhaps BCAAs/glutamine and creatine if you got the cash

Perhaps fat burners that's if you can aford them or Green tea not to sure on the cost of green tea.

Yeah I have Mitotropin (fat burner) but they leave me feeling pretty fucked up by the afternoon at work so I stopped taking them, got some time off work so will probably start taking them again and see how that goes.

Re green tea, I drank it for a while but noticed no effects, should I have felt anything (increased HR slightly or temperature?)

No you wont feel anything just keep drinking it.

sweet cheers. When I do end up bulking, what is the main factor that determines how much fat is put back on along with muscle?

How much crap food goes back in your mouth will determine how much fat you put back on.
