Hi guys & girls,

I've been wondering if there was an NZ forum for Body Building for a while now but never really had a good look.

I've been posting on a couple of American boards for a while - nice to see a kiwi outfit.

I'm a 30 year old guy who's only been lifting for a couple of years but absolutely love it. I did a gym instuctors course a couple of years ago for my own learning and thoroughly enjoyed it!

I hope to learn & advise where & when possible. 8)

To be honest, the instructors course only served as a good base - I've learnt so much more from my actual lifting, trying different things & talking to fellow lifters - that's why I find these type of forums so good (although I have had to learn the art of sifting through the rubbish to get the answers I want from other boards).
