Pain In Upper Tummy /ribs

Hiya, I am a newb and been working out for about 3 months. I didnt get this pain before, but since Sunday (did arms & shoulders) I am having pain just below my ribs, mid section and feel the pain when i gently press my ribs mid section left side. I dont feel it if I just sit, but when i stretch or move around I feel it. I have felt this before though, is it cause I started taking BSN cell mass (morning empty stomach and before sleeping)? Do I need to take a break? I will stop BSN I see if thats the culprit. Thanks

Hi folks, thanks for the quick response. I figured it out :D. I is stomach gas lolz. Seriously, its not good at all, very uncomfortable with tightness and consistent pain when you move around. I don't think it was BSN, but rather optimum casein protein! Just too some medicine and its all good now.
