Auckland 3- Lift Powerlifting Championships 2011 to be held at the Lynfield Recreation Centre on the 7th of May 2011, the Sunday is a back up day if we need it.

Remember all entries have to be received before the 27th of April 2011. You have to be registered with the Auckland Association and NZ Federation to lift in this event, also be signed up on the drug program. Drug testing may take place at this competition.

If you haven't registered with the APA and NZPF do it now, registrations are due before 31st of March 2011, next Thursday to avoid paying $100 NZPF fee! All forms are on our website:

Check the times people...its an early weigh in(7am) for the lighter classes and its going to be a looong day. 3 sessions the first starts at 9am and the last group lift at 6pm.

$55 before 1 march/$100 after that for rego

auck champ fees are $60
