Hey guys, i have been lurking and soaking up information for the past month, Bout time i introduced myself.

Im 20 yrs old / male , and currently studying.

my weight is 77kg , and im roughly 6Ft 1

So basically its time to bulk.

A mate is sorting me out a bulking diet at the moment.

i have just bought 300$ worth of creatine and protein !! (myofusion)

Next Monday , i am offically declaring war against my muscles, and going hard. my short term goal is 82kg, and long term would ideally be about 95kg.

theres my story , any advice criticism is welcomed!

you've taken the most important first step - de-lurking is the sign of some serious sheeeeeeeeeeeet!!!! on ya.

it's exciting when the muscle starts going on, veins start popping (low bodyfat) - looks like your mind is there, you're serious with some nice supps to top up the training - so look forward to hearing your progress.

Thanks for the welcomes guys..

I start training this monday, had to take a trip to wellington last week for polytech..

My supplements have arrived and they look good! my mate has gave me the grams of protein and carbs etc for my weight (77kg), so tomorrow im going to sit down and try figure out what foods to eat. and then il post up a full day?

planning on taking pictures of now, and a new one every week.
