Thought I would finally introduce myself instead of just lurking in the background sucking up info.

I'm late 20s 6ft weighing around 84kgs(guessing about 15%BF) at the mo so still a runt, have put on about 6kgs in the past 9 months so reasonably happy with my slow progress. Been lifting for about 2 1/2 years, but only with more commitment and dedication in the past 12 or so months.

Getting stronger getting bigger looking forward to picking up more useful tips from some of you guys on here, and err ignoring some of the other BS, a few threads pop to mind, mainly in the Post your pic section and clearly a top class juicer who has all the knowledge.....no names need to be mentioned LOL.

Anyway thats a quick piece about me, looking forward to being part of the forums.
