After two semi-successful bulking phases in the past 6 months, I managed to go from 95ish kilo to about 114 @ 6'4. the majority of the mass has been clean and I feel I even lost some fat. What I want to do now is go through a maintenance period before cutting down. I plan to keep on training as I do but want to add in some better dieting and cardio.

Current diet:

>5+meals a day

> protein with each(chicken, beef, tuna, shake)

>carbs as well (pasta rice potatoes)

> portions can very

>rarely sugar

>love the occasional Kfry

>Don't count calories but expect no less than 5000 a day

Wondering if anyone point me in the right direction with a new diet. Churz

So has your weight gain come to a halt on this current diet? If so, then you've already found your maintenance diet. If you're still gaining weight, pull back on the calories a bit until the weight gains stop.

Can you outline exactly what you might eat in a typical day?

well on my best day my diet looks like the following:

meal one: protein shake + as much oats as i can stomach

meal two:chicken pasta

meal three: chicken pasta

meal four:protein shake

meal fine:whatever the flatties cook up

meal six: bedtime shake

no day in my diet is the same, sometimes il change it up with rice, beef etc. also i never feel full and often am staring into the pantry and end up snacking (mostly on wholesome/nutritional foods).

weight gain has been going up but with AAS in the mix it hard to tell whats doing what. im still new to this.

i expect that when i end my cycle weight will drop weight but I want try and hold as much of the new weight before losing some unwanted fat.

haha yeah like I said I don't count them but please note the portions are large. lets say each meal of chicken pasta has 300g+ chicken and 3 cups of cooked penne. by snack I mean something like 2 nutella sammies. maybe this week il added the calories of a day, but havn't been motivated enough up to this point.
