WANABJAKD's cycle experience

Recommended Posts

Generally speaking when your spending the time building a solid base, that is time spent learning that discipline and knowledge of how to eat and train.

If you dont know how to eat and train to grow naturally, your not going to suddenly start growing when you start the gear.

I agree with TWL.

Yeahbuddy what constitutes a solid base? Everyone's perception of a "solid base" is going to be different...

Not everyone jumps on the juice because they want to look like or be a bodybuilder. Some are genuine hard-gainers and others just plain lazy cunts, both of which just want to add muscle and develop slightly above average physiques.

At the end of the day its their decision. Their reasons for getting on the juice is no-one elses business and no-one has the right to judge.

IMO if you can be bothered trying to deter the "lazy c*nt" type, by all means state your case. However if theyre not interested in listening or taking your advice, let them be. Dont harp on like a broken record...WAH WAH WAH WAH...

If I was to wait til I'd pushed myself to my genetic limit, I probably wouldnt have jumped on the juice until I was 30+. I'm now 25.

Would have been around 95kgs when I started.

WANABJAKD / EMC is a classic example of this.

Do you guys remember when he came on as EMC saying that he bad water retention or something asking for advice about his blood tests and telling us he was gonna jump on some gear?

Turns out he was just a fat c*nt - you all warned him. He didnt listen to any of you guys and jumped on the juice (from memory i think he's done 3 or 4 cycles in the last 6 months) and now has come back as the NZBB steroid guru.

See, there's no detering idiots like him.

Dont waste your time.

lol..sensing some hostility  . i wasnt fat, i was overweight and had quite a fast metabolism but i was just way over eating and force feeding so my hormones got out of whack. this was a long time after i considered using them, once i got my health back on track i began my cycle. all that time i was reading every day for hours on gear use. so yes, i was one of the guys that take in perspective before jumping into something.

four cycles in 6 months?lol..we can continue this over pm if you like.

i have no shame in saying i was fat or overweight lmao...i have a faster metabolism than most people here...i went to 63kgs at 88 kgs within 1.5 years...then i cut down to 76 77 kgs 8% BF which was slightly better condition than when i started. so condition for condition i respectively gained over 13kgs of lean tissue in 1.5s years of training...

yeah i started training like a powerlifter and eating like a freak gagging force feeding but other than fucking my hormone balance nothing was a regret. i was previously training as a teen for a short time then quit before i began training again as an adult..so when i came back into it i was already educating myself on nutrition and exercise sciences...when i first started lifting again i was only deadlifting the bar(yes, 20kgs) and now under 2.5 years later im pulling 200 for 3.

Hey freak, I dont want to know your life story and there is point trying to redeem yourself on here cos no one cares.

You were an example of the "lazy c*nt" i was talking about in my first post. Thats all. You dont need to chime in and give your 2c. We are talking about you not with you.

im just trying to express that knowledge is far more important than experience; besides, thats what all this bs has been about. whos we? your the only one here doing the nagging bro

when i first started lifting again i was only deadlifting the bar(yes, 20kgs) and now under 2.5 years later im pulling 200 for 3.

So you're a guy who uses gear but can only DL 200 for a triple? Really?

i guess so? im happy with my achievements and im not trying to impress anyone for that matter.

Yeah I guess I just wanted to put some context to it, you are a guy who has done multiple cycles of steroids & gives advice to a lot of guys. And finally I've seen an honest statement about your strength.

To give some context, in NZ the following DL's were done around the same as yours (in competition):

Womens Under-19 years 90kg class - 200kg

Womens Open 60kg class - 200kg

Womens Masters 40-49 years 90kg class - 220kg

Womens Masters 50+ years 90kg class - 205kg

Mens Under-19 75kg class - 200kg

Mens Open - 52kg class - 227kg

Mens Masters 70+ years - 200kg

The majority of these were set with WADA drug testing in place. Just sayn.....

C'mon you name me a serious BBer who cant pull 250 plus..... really?

It's a function of muscle mass & water retnetion to get to that sort of number.

Not too much in the way of genetics required..... if we're talking 300+ it's getting into specific training & leverages.....

I think Nate is making more of a statement about how low he has set his personal goals. He shouldn't have to use steroids to work up to a 200k deadlift. As proven by the fact that so many other people work up to that just by applying themselves. I think in a greater sense it applies to the guy who started this thread also. Impatience is making him think he needs to get on a cycle and that's his perogative and a purely personal choice. I don't get it but thankfully I don't have to!

i think if u dnt really train the DL that much then its quite difficlt to post big numbers... i havnt deadlifted for very long, if i had of been deadliftign since i first got into the gym i know for sure i would be able to deadlift a hell of alot more. i didnt even really know about the under over grip until i did dales sm comp last year lol

yeah impressive lifts, but your comments about relating his numbers to steroid use is pointless. Its not a magic pill obviously, thats gonna make everyone pull 300 for reps. he has gone from f*ck all to 200 which is a huge jump regardless.

Don't get me wrong - taking AAS wont magically make you stronger, we all know that. But those that have been around for longer than Rami's 6 months also realise that halfway decent training and gear use adds a good percentage of strength over natural training (most anecdotal estimates are over 10%).

As a beginner many people, myself included, went from fuckall (about 100 maxed out) to 200+ within about a year / 18 months. Nothing special.

Just my opinion but I'd expect more from a guy who uses gear, particularly the types of compounds Rami uses.

LOL - had to share this PM I just got from another member:

Bro stop trying to convert them, they are all lazy and dumb and basically want to get jacked so they can have the physique you probably left highschool with.. lol

It's a wall of stupidity

I'll take the hint & leave this topic alone...... but I'll still be watching the GURUS dishing out advice while lifting weights less than 52kg & 70y.o. men & teenage girls.... :pfft:

Over to you lads!

I dont deadlift(maybe once or twice a year) and to be honest 250+ would take me some focus to get too. My point is If d/l ing big number is your focus then sure gears gonna help abit but is not gonna make you a NZ record holder just on its merits alone. I'd say focused training for it would be the key as reflected in the record numbers you posted earlier.

so im not a serious bodybuilder cuz i cant lift 250 :pfft: :(

thats because i stopped training for strength when i began using gear lol :P ...when i deadlift i usually warm up on a couple sets of 8-10 reps then a set of 8,6 then ill do quads or triples and maybe go for a 1RM every other week. usually 7 sets, 8 if go for a 1RM. lots of intensity, lots of volume with relatively short breaks. i like to lift heavy and i do care about strength but im not doing any sort of powerlifting program that is desigened to be as (energy)efficacious as possible.

keep in mind im not that heavy either; i dont retain much water and run a pretty low BF all year round. there are lots of factors that come into play when considering a maximum lift(which i know you know already); i dont pioritize those factors.
