Bioplex Pure WPI

I brought Bioplex WPI a week ago and thought I'd comment on what I think of it in terms of taste and stuff.

I picked this one out because it isn't ion-exchange WPI not because of what it is, just know that I don't want heat-treated powder.

I've used WPI, Caesin, WPC/WPI blends for last 15 years and this has got to be the nicest tasting ever. Maybe when I started I would say this one hasn't got enough flavouring, but after years of downing protein powder I'm done with strong tasting shakes.

In the absence of a strong flavour (there is a flavour) there is also no chemical aftertaste which I find in so many powders today.

Also it mixes without stirring or shaking much. It uses sucralose which I am fine with, and has very low sodium per scoop.

For 22.5gm scoop you get 20gms protein, 2 scoops is a perfect amount and if I want it to stay in my system longer than 1/2 an hour I use milk instead of water.

Bioplex have always made the best protein powder in my eyes. I use the Bioplex 100% Whey, which comes in a 22lb bucker for $280 (damn good value per pound!) and yes definately tastes incredible for such low sugar fat and sodium volumes. Not to mention probably the only protein powder ive used without gaining a bit of fluid (i retain water around my mid section very easily).

Thumbs up for Bioplex!!!
