Come from the Funeral Industry being full on and making every excuse under the sun not to sort my body out.

Just needing a bit of advice if anybody can give me some...

Currently around 93kgs and 186cms. Went from 115kgs when I was 17 down to 85 dramatically but then crept back up to 93. I now still have the manboobage and handles going on and want to tone everything up and sort this mess out.

Diet and supplements + Excercise... any advice would be fucking brilliant.

Hey mate

If your looking to tone then just hit the gym, pick up some reasonably light weights and do quite a few reps. It doesn't have to be very technical exercises either. Bench press, curls, pulldowns etc. And a f*ck load of cardio

In regards to supplements. If you are having a hard time getting to the gym (ie. na i cbf today) then you could get a pwo (pre workout) supplement which will give you ass loads of energy and focus and you'll wannna stay in the gym all day. Also you get get fat burner tabs however I've never tried them so I'm not sure how well they actually work.

And finally diet. Just don't eat to much. What you eat isn't THAT important unless your cramming sugary shit all day. Get the basics in ya (proteins, carbs etc) and only have a cookie when you've done good :lol:

Ummmmmm.....Lmao - pre workout supps & fat burners and he hasn't even hit the gym? :? Bit premature MullacT!! :nod:

But agree just get in there & make a start!

haha, crack up post :) what kind of pwo supplements do you use MullacT? There are many days when I cbf and could do with some of them - never heard of them before...amatuer :oops:

You could use something like Jack3d, Mesomorph or Super Pump 250. Very well known supps and work really well

Those are just excuses for not pushing yourself hard enough. Sure; I take hemo rage every now and then (for my weaker body parts), which is similar but you don't need to rely on it and since he's just starting he will feel the pump easy enough. That's my opinion.
