I've been training hard for about a year now and have put on a good 10kg of muscle with minimal BF (less than 5% atm). But seeing as I am so tall it doesn't look anything like 10kg :/

I was recently told by a mate of mine that my diet was shit so I've switched up and wanted some advice on it.

So I'm trying to bulk and this is what I'm working with;

Meal 1: 3-4 eggs scrambled, toast and milk

Meal 2: 8-10oz chicken, brown rice (possibly gravy)

Meal 3: 10oz beef, noodles

Meal 4: Meal 2 again

Meal 5: Protein shake

Thoughts?

how often do you work out and for how long?

age?

body weight?

you need some good carb's and healthy fats for a start

vege and fruit too

what 'chicken' are you eating? not the skin i hope

same with the 'beef'? lean beef? fillet which is very lean or shitty high fat cheap beef mince?
