My First Cycle

Recommended Posts

Hi

Im just starting out in the Juice game and so was looking to get some current users opinions on what I'm about to get into. Any help would be appreciated.

I was going to start with a 12-15 week cycle with Test E and DBol, dosing 300ml of Test E with 40mg of DBol each week and possibly upping dosages around week 7-8 depending on the gains.

I will start PCT at week 13/16 and will be using Nolvadex tabs, 40mg a day for the first week and 20mg a day for the second.

Any thoughts?

Cheers :D

I would hold off on dbol for the first cycle so you can see how your body goes with 1 compound first.(side effects)

And use 500mg per week of test e 250,2 x 1ml shots mon & thursday.

looks like you have nolva on hand for any gyno symptoms.(puffy nipples, lumps behind nipple),only use nolva if necessary.

start pct 2 weeks after last shot of test and run it for 4 weeks, mabey run cycle for 8-10 weeks,so you dont shut down natural test production for too long.

the most important thing to have on track is your meals, make sure you get them organized because if your not eating, your not feeding your muscles.

thats how id run my first cycle.

good luck

Justhell Isnt the general consensus to run first cycle for 12 weeks seeing as your shutting yout test down anyway best to make the most of it???

Also 8weeks only gives you a couple or three weeks with maximum amount of test in the system not very long to maximize gains???Your thoughts mate?

Always telling how you see it! Brilliant.

Keep training naturally mate.. if you weigh that much at your height you havnt got your most important areas of training and nutrition sorted yet.

Save the gear for later.

Its a marathon not sprint. Put in that hard yards first and do your research so you dont have to ask stupid questions. The internet is full of info. Get reading!

Mullact, dont rush into it, doesnt take as long as you'd think, get the good base man, I'm 5"10 80kgs and am growing quite nicely natural 6 months ago I was 72kgs, just eat lots and train hard. Your height you can get to 90kgs of muscle within a year if you train hard. Take some creatine lol

Unlikely to gain 14kg of pure muscle in a yr naturally even when first starting out. Your point is valid but probably too optimistic.

I have put on 8kgs in 6 months and I would say less than a kg in fat. In saying that they are coming slower these days, slowly but surely. I would definitely say 10kgs is more realistic. Random question if your reasonably new and you work out for a year good diet etc? how much muscle would you expect to gain compared to that of good diet/roids? sorry to go a bit askew mullact but interesting to know???

Theres no 1 answer, everyone is different. Is your question

new with good diet/training vs new with good diet/training/roid or

new with good diet/training vs been training for a while with good diet/training/roids?

further to this comment, many on this thread will say your old enough to make your own decisions etc, which I think you are, but If I were to compare myself now (24) to back then when I was 19, I thought of myself as mature compared to other 19yo, but I definitely would not have had the same patience as I do now, back then I would have been to eager to get the results I want sooner, by being too eager. Now I think thank F**K i didn't start this when I was that age as I would be a disfigured ape. Taking roids inst as easy as just injecting yourself working out/eating etc and then you get a sweet cut physique. Its about having the knowledge that is gained over the years to execute it correctly, using correct technique and good balance with your body, ie a well balanced physique. I'm not against roids at all, I just don't think there is any need to take them while you can still get considerable gains naturally, plus you will feel much better with yourself and the end product without cheating. Then take roids

say for example a new person who is capable of getting 10kg muscle in one year with good diet and training, compared to that same person just with roids added? how much extra muscle do you think could be gained on top of natural gains? this is just hypothetical!!

Hmm allright then.

I'll hold off on the juice for a couple of years.

I've posted my diet and routine in my "introducing me" post if you wanna take a look at that.

I'll post some pics soon and see what progress I get over the course of the year.

Thanks for your help :)

Been training for a while with good diet but not seeing gains as much as i'd like so was gonna try roids to kick it up a bit then probably try maintaining naturally.

Dude WTF? Talk about an impatient mofo! What's your strength like, Squat Bench and Deadlift? Suck it up and do the hard yards like all of us nattys, do you want to end up like some of the guys who started it early, come off and are weaker than natural guys?

If your not seeing the gains you want your either

1. Not eating enough

2. Not training properly, not enough frequency or hard enough intensity.

3. Not sleeping and recovering enough.

Address these issues first. There is absolutely no reason why at your height and weight you shouldnt still have plenty of untapped growth and strength.

Im not advocating that steroid use is right for MullacT but SM has a valid point.

I DON'T know many guys who trained for 5 - 10 years naturally, hit there 'natural peak' then started using gear. I DO know alot of guys who started using a year or 2 into there training, have continued training and using for years and have amazing physiques.

On another Forum I frequent the mods have banned people from joining the Dont use Steroids brigade. If you continually shoot people down you are banned from that part of the forum. People come to the Steroid forum for Steroid use advice and continually get shot down here. Some of you guys get so caught up in the numbers game when really its not as relevant as you think. He could have said he was 110kg, but he may have been a fat ass. Would it still be okay then?

And some of you shouldnt even be giving out advice in this forum. You know even less than the original poster.

Well anyone who thinks a guy who is 6, 3 and 70odd kg should be getting on the gear is muppet.

Maybe more people wouldnt get shot down if fuking idiots who barely know how to eat and train yet would stop posting up how they want to get juicing because their not growing anymore on their 1500 calorie a day diets!!
