Agree with Frogie. You dont need more volume, you need more intensity. Training program you listed is solid, now make it count. Personally I split quads and Hammies most days but I wouldnt do Quads more often than once every 5 or 6 days. Not enough recovery time.

If you trained your legs with the same intensity as you do your chest and back you will bring your legs up. Oh and make sure you carbup like f*ck on leg days and smash a massive post workout meal too! That always helps me.

Solid advise bro my diet goes out the window on legs day I make sure I have plenty of carbs in the system up to two hours before training then nothing as with the intensity legs require I have to have that food settled lol also I drink a powerade during legs day instead of water which helps keep that sick feeling at bay......

Soundsgood and a couple the bigger boys have summed it up nicely dont think there is much for me to add I would put calves in up to three times a week bro(toes front, out and in) and focus on some feet together front squats or hack squats they are awesome for outta sweep development and overall size...

Ouch at doing hamstring only workout last time me and my mate did this I couldn't sit at my desk or in my car for 4 days lol.

i agree, twice a week is a bit much, you gotta allow your muscles time to heal, thats where the growth takes place, not in the gym. In saying that tho, you will be fine to them once a week aslong as you're smashing them on that 1 leg day. I find training with a partner specifically on leg day allows me to really push past my limits
