30g whey

50-60g dextrose

1-2T milo

1/2t glutamine

1t creatine

water

few slces of bread,bananan

then pwo meal

You do know dextrose is a waste of time right, not many people use the G.I any more, and supplementing with glutamine is also a waste.

- 50g protein

- 1 cup oats

Mixed all together with minamal water.

You say you use Glucose in your interview? Glucose is dextrose. Wasn't that interview from late last year?
