meal spacing question

hey guys, just wondering if any of you had input on this.

Am currently cutting, currently 106ish, aiming for 80 eventually then a big bulk.

Just wondering if I'm right with my meal spacing, particularly around workout time - I am still currently losing weight but want to check I'm not slowing it down unnecessarily. My day currently goes like this mon-fri

8am wake up

8.30am meal 1 - usually 4 egg omelette

9.30am Pre Workout - Black coffee

Workout

11.00ish Post workout - either 30gm protein shake or 2x eggs

12.30ish meal 2

3.30pm meal 3

7.00pm ish dinner

Sticking to around 2000cal or slightly below, keto. I aim for 200gm protein then fat apart from this. keep under 30gm carbs and have done for a while, have been doing the odd refeed every couple of weeks but have not been regular with this.

Just wondering, should I be doing my morning workout without eating first? would it make me cut faster? As I'm not eating carbs, I wont be missing out on any pre workout carbs for energy as I dont get them anyway ;)

Also, what is your opinion HIIT for 15ish mins compared to say, a light jog for 40mins or so

Meal spacing is fine, could probably add another on to the end of the day. It's not a lot of food though

Cheers bro, yeah it doesnt seem like much 2000cal, but without carbs its actually hard to fit more in.

As soon as I plateau on keto gonna prob start having carbs again and just count calories more carefully, just don't wanna do that at the moment cos keto is definately working for now
