ZMA ok for women?

Hi all. My sister has been having some problems with sleep lately. Even though sometimes shes really tired she just cant get to sleep. Her diet is ok i think, not really good, but doesnt eat a lot of junk food.

I did tell her to go see a doctor to see what the problem could be, but in the mean time, i was thinking would ZMA help?

The thing is though, she doesn't work out as often as I assume some of the other women on this site. I would imagine that supplementing ZMA could only help her over all health, not to mention sleep.

I personally never tried this stuff as i dont have any problems sleeping.

So is it safe and any problems with long term use for women?

So any ideas or advice would be a great help, Thanks.

Guys use ZMA as a natural testosterone booster, but because it doesn't stimulate test production directly (zinc's just an important ingredient required in the production of testosterone) I can't see any problems with females taking it.

Whether it would help her sleep, I don't know.

ZMA is completely safe for both males & females to use, and really no different to using a Zinc/Magnesium/Vitamin B6 product from any health store. Zinc has multiple actions in both male & female bodies particularly in the endocrine system in the production of testosterone in men & balances over production of estrogen in women & stimulates progesterone & assists in menstrual regulation.

I wonder, is she taking any thermogenic supps? Sometimes if you take them too late in the day they can interfere with sleep, ive got a friend who cannot tolerate them past 11am, I can take them up until 2pm with no probs. Everyone is different.
