Hi

Can anyone please let me know whats the best protein shake to help me burn fat and recover after workouts without putting on weight - i do fitness classes 6 times a week and also looking at introducing running (between 4-10km) about 3 times a week... any help, suggestions greatly appreciated!

Protein doesn't burn fat I'm afraid!

Total calories in versus calories used is the answer! :nod:

You'd probably be after a plain flavoured whey concentrate of some kind to use for recovery (assuming you dont get enough protein in your diet) as they have very little carbs / fat in them (keeping them relatively low calorie).

ok, was keen to try anything but just more sweat and pain at the gym instead lol

Along with good nutrition is all you need. There is no short cut or magic pill like most people hope for! Set your mind to it and start that training. Set small regular goals to help you stay on track. :wink:
