Could you put that up too? You may be over doing it. Starting out, you don't need to go hard out so soon, in my opinion.

If you're looking for some constructive advice any protein powder is going to work for weight gain coupled with sufficient calories in your diet. Without knowing more about your stats eg weight, training volume, sports played, job etc, if you aren't gaining weight you basically just need to eat more. Eat more protein, eat more carbs, eat more fat, gain more weight. Gain weight is the easiest thing you can do.

If you are weight training properly and regularly and you eat enough protein and calories, allow enough recovery , aren't boozing it or dancepilling it all weekend, aren't spending 2+ hours playing sports or doing cardio each week, and aren't doing marathon weekend sessions on the PS3 or World of Warcraft, then you should gain muscle. If you're doing any or all of the above then you're stuffed.

mass gainer are nothing but small amount of protein,heaps of sugar and some pixie dust.small value for money in terms of protein you getting for your money.

extra calories should come from real food.if someone intend's to drink extra calories from sugar,then buy Maltodextrin much cheaper
