Soy Protein?

Hi Guys & Gals

Last week my workmate got a 25kg bag of Soy protein powder,on paper it looks good:90% protein,He gave me a 2kg bucket to try for free.I have read mixed reviews on the web, as it has a low bv count compared to whey protein powder.Has anyone on here tried it and got good results?

stay away from it, soy is shit. does nothing for you and is an excitotoxin, it is total garbage. tell your mate to biff it....
