Well done Darryn condition looked very good but some things to work on in structure & symmetry but good effort from the Kiwi Big Fella placing 7th. Dennis seemed to finally get his chuncky physique looking good with a tighter mid section although under a situation with more competition his rear profile from lower back down may have seen him lagging a bit. However, he's cemeted his position in the top 10 with this effort at Tony's Show & dwarfed his opposition making Jonnie Jackson look like a small man. T

The figure girls looked a bit soft to me with Rachelle Chase not quite dialing it in for this one but then I'm comparing them IFBB girls to our NABBA/WFF girls who could take any one of them out in a showdown & I'm talking our Amateur Figure girls like Annette & Neralee.

I think Darryn brought an amazing package for his first ever pro show

Definately came in lean enough and as Musclenz said he just has a couple of symmetry and structure issues he needs to work on. These are improvements he will make over time and he'll only get better!

The most impressive physique beside Wolf was Johnnie Jackson, never seen him look better. Incredibly thick physique finally nailing the conditioning. Will be a threat to top 10 at the Olympia if he keeps improving

dwarfed his opposition making Ronnie Jackson look like a small man.

Thats what I'm doing wrong, I need to have Dennis walk around with me so I can look as "small" as Ronnie?.......Johnnie:)

This Rear lat spread of JOJ reminded me of Ronnie Coleman through the erector/rhomoid/trap area.

Trust you to pick up on my "Ronnie" (edited) Have to agree that Jonnie has got an impressive back spread & muscularity in the upper back that would give "Ronnie" a run for his money. I think you would have to place his back higher than Dennis but Dennis's overall size is pretty amazing & his front profile is getting much better. Shame Evan C did not make it as he looks to have made considerable inroads into his physique last 12 months. Must be the hard work he's doing in the Dungeon :D

I agree totally. The figure girls are so smooth. Annette and Neralee are in a league of there own. Wouldnt be any figure girls I know of that have physiques like there's. They could be almost looked upon as physique competitors and not figure. It could also put women off competing in Nabba/wff figure class 2 with them been in the condition they get. Have you thought of having a international class for people like Neralee and Annette? Not really fair for first time figure girls to be put in the same class.

Going off track here a bit but... Our woman Annette and Neralee ARE Figure Athletes at the highest level - here in NZ and overseas. If women choose not to do Nabba Figure Class 2 - then that is their decision- hence why there is WFF. But if they are serious and want to test their abilities against the two best in the country and at the same time improve - what better way to do it. Fair? No - but we're not in kindergarten anymore. International Class? Wrong Fed. Right...... as you were

Totally agree, I know of a few girls who would compete if this was the case.

All very good and well however, it is a height/weight category and there is know way in hell that at 5'4" I could get under 50kg, yes if I was over that height no problem competing under 55kg.

Personally I think these weight categories in figure shouldn't exist as it leads to eating disorders, I know first hand of girls vomiting out back at weigh in, not good.

I also know 4 girls that would compete in this class but are put off due to the thought of competing with Annette or Neralee. We also want to encourage our novice competitors and not just shine on the 2 best in NZ.

To do WFF figure is a struggle for a lot of people to try and get under 50kgs. It is quite unrealistic! That is probably the reason Annette and Neralee couldnt do NZ NABBA because of the height to weight ratio, they would be to heavy. I know this was the case for Neralee. So with that said it means if you cant get under 50kgs you have to go in with Annette and Neralee. As a novice that is unfair. It would be a great option if there was a higher class for the top atheletes. That way it encourages our up and coming novices and the top girls compete against each other.
