Not really - thats a bit generalised. IMO it's less age and more individual response to training/diet/testosterone etc etc. I have seen a number of older guys gain way faster than younger guys on cycle. The potential is limited to the individual regardless of age. But the topic is more discussing the way the natural muscle looks in comparison - surely you can tell the difference mate?
