Chilli Salmon

Chemo

Recommended Posts

First prepare and get to cooking that kumara. I boil it so it takes a bit longer. Apparently nuking them is quite fast, and they always come out soft.

Lightly Salt up a large plate.

Cube the salmon and get out as many bones as you can. Throw it on the plate.

Get some bagged salad greens, get some of that on the plate.

Hopefully that Kumaras done, so it on the plate too.

Salt again

Drizzle full coconut cream

Sprinkle some chilli powder

Enjoy

I'm eating this quite a bit now, I love it.

Below was a 325gm steak but i got hungry waiting for the kumara to cook O__O so I snaked

lols - I was fully expecting this thread to be about the 185g chilli JW salmon on sale at Pak n Save. I suspect after the last round of monthly awards we are going to see a net version of master chef :pfft:

Salmon ... often over looked but in a lot of ways far superior to Tuna

Nice one Chemo :D

I was expecting the same. I love Salmon ( wish I could catch more of the buggers too ) but have to have it in moderation due to the cost. Sure tastes a lot nicer than cardboard Tuna.
