mass gain and uber eggy farts

hey guys,

random topic, but since I have been eating like a horse, at night i have some foul sulfur/eggy farts, but only at night. I only eat like 2 eggs a day. Does anyone else get this or know why its so bad? other than the fact im just eating alot more :grin:

uhhhh lol. there sick ay, i only get them when i change my diet completely. i.e been eating crap then switch to healthy high/protein

goes away after a few days once body adjusts. but yea other people dont appreciate them lol

Yeah I've recently gone to bulking and have noticed a big increase in toxic gas. I have been trying to decide if it was due to the 6+ eggs, the can of baked beans or the 5 serves of whey each day :grin:

i eat almost a dozen eggs a day and about 4 shakes and tuna and sometimes i get that aswell ahaha

I get them a fair bit and I have to say pardon a fair bit at work when I do let one rip :pfft: worst of all when I do let off a protein fart when I am flying :oops: so the smell dosent stink out the plane
