I have been slowly losing weight but am still failing so neeed some help with a diet/training program

i work long days with little rest other then breaks and am training in the morning when i can be stuffed getting out of bed so any help would be great pervious postsi got helped my out but kinda hit the wall

What progress and changes have you made since you posted this topic? What does your current diet and training program look like?

How slow is slow and if you're still losing weight, how are you failing?

It always comes down to two basics, calorie deficit to lose the weight and a decent training program to help maintain muscle and strength. Those two combined will always get results. Do you have any medical problems?

dude i just read your last topic. At 116kg and eating what u posted ud be dropping a lot of weight without moving a muscle. if you want to change the way you look, you have to change whatever it is that your doing. no one can help you but yourself. training ''when you can be bothered'' isnt good enough. get motivated, cut out the junk food, exercise sensibly and the fat will fall off you. no if buts or maybes. simple
