anyone know of a good nutritionist in chch?

i wana go along and go through my diet and get the exact macros,cal's etc etc and some advice and suggestions

how much are they? $70-90 per hour?

There are plenty of online calculators you can use. Put in what food it is and the weight of the food and it'll spit out the numbers for you. Fair enough if you want a diet plan, but don't pay money just to have someone tell you what you can find out yourself for free.

I don't have the links on hand sorry, I've seen Ronin and TFB post some before though.
