Please allow me to introduce myself...lol. Hi. call me D.

I have been at the gym on and off forever, and instead of paying a personal trainer, i have decided to become one! (thru AUT) My first Client will be myself. Over the years i have put a bit on, and am now going to lose it forever!!!!! I have done a couple of Body Building Comps, and i am not going to rule out doing another one - but my main goal is to maintain a healthy, lean weight for over a life time instead of over a year! :D

I love gym work, and have recently started a bit of RPM. Gotta love that Burn....

Hi and congrats for a great career choice. I think the best message you can give people comes from self experience, if you have been there done that, what you pass on to your clients comes from the heart. I am forever trying new things out and always open to new equipment, education, programs etc to give my clients all possible options, sometimes its a little painful and your muscles pay the price, but in the long run its a win win situation. Good luck with everything.

:D Things are going well at AUT. Courses are in the weekend so it's pretty full on when you sit in lectures for 8hours!!! lots of information to take in.... But because exercise is one of my passions, studying is not a chore! I recommend the course to anyone thinking about becoming a PT.
