Cheaper Canned Chicken

PacNSave Royal Oak (not sure if others are) has the Watties version of Chop Chop Chicken on sale. 160gm cans. Not shredded, but pieces of breast.

Just saying, as I know it can get pricey keeping the protein flowing, so if anyone usually buys Chop Chop, this could be to your advantage...

good deals,il check out our pak n save if theres some il buy it.i have 2 160gm cans every weekday lunch with brown rice.

its normally $3.30 per can.

I buy a can of chicken once week and just stick with having 180g of tuna with my brown rice and veggies in my lunch.

I'll normally go wih what ever is cheapest at the time > although Tuna in springwater is normally the lowest - just use the chicen to mix it up a it.

I shop at Royal Oak PaknSave too. They rotate every week between ChopChop and Watties being cheaper.
