are you putting on weight with your diet? as to get to 90, i think you are going to need alot more carbs...

i thnk iv put on about 3.5 kg over bout 2.5 - 3 months roughly,,

what changes do u sugest? in eating ?

depends on your goal? you wanna get big then cut for definition? or gradually take it slow and balanced? I think you should eat more and try to put on at least 2kg a month, what is your natural body type? lean medium or a little bit chub?

i wanna take it slow and balanced.. look at my jornal if u want i have a pic therre somewere, i guessing im medium

well in such a case, looks like your eating very well, if you wanted to gain faster id suggest more carbs, but as long as your gaining the weight aligned with your goals then that is all that matters, do your shakes have many carbs in em? well organized there tho dude :clap: in your work out journal, it says you eat brekkie at 9am and have your last meal/shake at 9pm, maybe something else small after 9am, as 12 hours a long time without nourishment to em muscles...

sorry i mean something small after 9pm, so something else at 9pm then shake at like 10.30/11, oops

ok il start having somthng at about 10.30ish

and yeah breakfast at 9am but before that i have muesli and a protein shake
