just a question on what i eat

i eat alot of food every day since i have my diet pretty sorted and have found i dont put on any fat for example in a day

breakfast-weat bix and a protein shake

9am-3 pieces of bacon 2 eggs an tomatoe

11- chiken, orange, peanuts

1-chiken, apple, peanuts

3-can of tuna, orange, veges

5- can of chiken, fruit or salad

7- steak 2 or 3 eggs and veges

9- protein shake

if im hungry after il have some peanuts

i drink alot of water and i drink v8 vege juice

my question is am i not storing the fat any more because im eating regular and i am very focused on what im doing?

and in big do u mean fat?

just give your height weight and body fat (if u know it) and it will give a reasonable idea of your build.

To answer your question. Yes, Eating regular and many small meals rather than big meals will help prevent you putting on fat.

What causes you to put on fat is when you consume more energy (food) than you (and your metabolism) burns. So if you eat more consistently and smaller size meals, although enough so you're still taking in the same amount as before, then your metabolism will work more effectively and you can lose weight without a change in your exercise routine.

If you eat the same thing, with the same quantities, everyday, eventually you will plateau and not put on any more size. What was excess calories for you when you weighed 80kg (for example) is no longer enough now you weigh 100kg.

im a genuine person i dont post things on here to get 100's of comments saying wow look what your doing im here to accomplish my goals i dont giv 2 shits what people thnk bwt wat i eat, haha gosh lighten up people im not yor enemy and im not a little kid

swet as! :) my height is 5ft 7, and weight is 76kg atm im shoting for 90 by the end of this year or early nxt year
