Cutting Advice

Well turns out I have enough bulk now and need to cut from 19% fat to show ready end September. I plan on doing this slowly to maintain muscle mass with 4 x HIIT after workouts during the week. These will only be 13min in duration and will be aiming to reduce weight by .5kg per week. Diet will be the usual

Oats with protein brekkie

small chop chop and kumura Morning tea

Large Tuna tin and full fat cottage cheese on ryvita crackers

afternoon tea banana with whole bread and Pnut butter

post workout banana double scoop protein

Tea Steak chicken fish with salad olive oil

Protein shake with water prior to sleep. Repeat

My question is: Are there other things that I should be throwing in the mix eg fat burners or does this come later? I can get Horley's ripped factors cheap as chips and cross fire also so am wondering when and how to use these in the overall plan for show end of september.

Hold off the fat burners until later. For a start it's too expensive to run them all the way through, and if you run them for months on end, they lose their effectiveness.

Also, they're only going to boost your metabolism a wee bit - let's say 5-10%. You might notice this difference at a lower body fat, but at 19%BF, you won't see a thing. Better to save them until you get hit a sticking point in your cut, which will probably happen around the 10-12% mark.

just a question as to your weight?...would this be enough protein to sustain your muscle without losing too much .

I 2nd what pseudo says but if you were gonna get your fat burners from NZ, save your dosh all together. Green tea, caffeine, chilli powder on ya chicken will all help and you'll find this stuff in fat burners.

Don't skip out on fibre too, it's thermogenic also
