uber yellow pee after multi??

hey guys, i get really yellow pee after taking a multi, from doing a little research many think that is is yellow if your taking too many or your body isnt absorbing the vitamin?? is this true? I only take one per day

Don't sweat it! It's the norm, often certain vitamins in the multi you are taken are not required by the body. These tend to be water soluble and so are pissed out pretty quickly. Cheap multi's tend to be worse as they often throw in a bunch of cheap B vitamins that you dont need in such quantities.

Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water when taking them as well. I would suggest at least 3 liters a day and the very least. I have found out that if you dont drink plenty of water then your body wont and cant use all of the good stuff. It works I have doen it before. I aslo used to sell Multis and when people came to me with this complaint I explained to them the above and it does work.
