Con Cret is a very effective supplement, You just needa look at the reviews on BB.com, 9.5/10 is pretty good....

You should experience a large gain in muscle from this if your doing everything else right, but $75!? wow. :nod:

yeah well like i said im trying it out.. whats the harm in that i guess,,and i think im doin every thng else right hahah

well i will keep you all updated with how it goes and what the outcome is

in saying that, i havent just started my diet i dont have much body fat so this will be a good test for me and whoever to see if it is all that it is put out to be,im not gunna assume anythng until i have tryed it

Yeah , sorry , wasn't aimed at you directly more in general, i have fallen for that numerous times, when spending a bit on supps.
