ive recently been doing my best at cutting way back on sugar and proccessed food and just junk food in general because i want to lower my body fat % and just generaly be healthier.

Ive been doing pretty good but i often find myself craving something like chocolate or sugar!

So does anyone who has started a new diet and has had trouble losing cravings have any tips on how i can try lose those cravings?

Any advice would be really appreciated,Thanks:)

Dont try and cut everything out all at once .. this can ultimately lead to feeling horribly deprived and fiding yourself eating all sorts of things you told yourself you wouldnt ... Keep it simple and change one thing a week and allow those changes to settle in before making the next one, it makes it easier in the long run.. slow and steady wins the race after all
