I am with cantygirl on this one . A good way to see how the top competitors or posing here in NZ. And in some cases this will also give you a look at someone who you might be competing against. You will be able to analyze their posing styles and develop strategies that will allow to effectively compete against them onstage .

Posing and posing fitness are the most vital components of competing. many competitors have had superior physiques and have lost because they were unable to pose to their maximum potential.
